It generally takes between 1 to 3 weeks to complete the Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification program. This program is designed for the entry-level user and the certification exam tests the member on their understanding of the key Yellow Belt practitioner roles.
The program is completely self-paced so you can move at whatever speed is comfortable for you. If you have some Six Sigma experience, you may be able to complete the program faster. You have a full year to complete it.
The Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification exam through the Management and Strategy Institute is approximately 35 to 55 questions. You have 1 hour to complete the exam.
