We have included the pay of additional job titles such as HR Manager and Management Analysts since they often act as change agents within their organizations. These salaries represent someone at the mid-level of their career. Someone new to change management or someone with extensive experience may make more or less than what is listed here.

Requirements for a change manager:
Change Managers focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology. The role includes creating and applying consistent change strategies, identifying communication and training needs, and leveraging critical thinking to improve the realization of results throughout the organization.
