The PIEx certification from MSI is an advanced-level certification. You must be able to complete and pass all four of the required certifications to achieve the PIEx credential.
All four programs include the information you’ll need to know and understand to pass the certification exam. These certifications are not designed to make you an expert on all facets of the subject. These professional development courses were designed to teach someone with little knowledge of the subject the basic skills needed to function as a process improvement specialist within your organization. Many executive jobs today require that their employees have at least a basic understanding of process improvement.
Each training course is self-paced. Time to complete and fully comprehend will vary with every individual. It may take several days or weeks of study before you feel comfortable to take the final test. You may take the final exam as soon as you’re ready. You have 1 year from the date of purchase to complete the courses.
All MSI certification exams are timed, with a limit of 1-3 hours. You may take the test online, from home or work whenever you are ready.
Participants who successfully complete this certification program will receive 110 Professional Competency Units (PCUs) from MSI.
You will be mailed five physical certificate & transcripts, which you can give to employers who request it. The certificate is heavy-stock, cream paper suitable for framing. You will be mailed each certificate individually, as soon as you complete each program.
